Integration with the Lithuanian Register of Legal Acts

In accordance with the Law on Legislative Framework of the Republic of Lithuania, the Register of Legal Acts (hereinafter the RLA) was launched on 1 January 2014; its manager and administrator is the Office of the Seimas of the Republic of Lithuania. The Register of Laws and Other Legal Acts is the primary (basic) state register for the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania. It is the first and the only free, easily accessible and official source of the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania to be available on the internet. The data of the Register is open to the public and can be provided to the data recipients free of charge. The Register is funded from the state budget of the Republic of Lithuania and by other funds obtained in accordance with the procedure laid down in the legal acts.

The integrated Deka Office and RLA solution allows 50 percent of the municipalities across the Republic of Lithuania to register and publish the official legal acts directly.
